My name is Silisa Waldroop. I have two cats and a fiance at home!
I work as a Para-Pro at a middle school and I LOVE my job!
I love green apples and hate red ones. I love snow, but hate driving in it! I love the smell of fall, but hate when all the leaves are gone. Bees creep me out because I am allergic to them, I saw a slug for the first time this summer and had nightmares about them, basically there is no bug I like.
I love everything about education and what the job implies, there is no other job I would rather have no matter the pay. I wrote a paper in 3rd grade on what I wanted to be when I grew up and won the contest, I said I wanted to be a teacher, it hasn’t changed since!
I have a brother, 20 years old, he’s currently at Eastern with me going for the Simulated Animation and Gaming program, he is the one in the family who got the drawing talent, I can barely draw stick figures. My mom and dad mean the world to me and have helped me get to where I am, without them I would be lost. My fiance and I are getting married in March 2011 and we are planning non-stop!
